Help visitors choose the right service path without relying on one generic contact form
Case Study
Renteria Document Solutions
A bilingual service website that connects complex requests to a controlled CRM workflow.
Renteria Document Solutions needed more than a polished service site. The experience helps English- and Spanish-speaking visitors find the right request path while the underlying system connects first-party intake, HubSpot, transactional follow-up, and approved Stripe payment flows.

Project goals
The project needed to support clarity, trust, and a better path to action without overstating results.
Replace disconnected intake with first-party forms that preserve useful service and source context
Keep language, service interest, and submission context available for HubSpot follow-up
Support approved paid services with server-owned pricing and payment-state verification
Challenge
What needed to be solved.
A bilingual professional-services website that guides visitors into service-specific first-party intake, keeps lead context durable in HubSpot, sends localized confirmations, and uses server-owned payment workflows only where the service policy allows them.
The business serves multiple document and notary needs, so request routing has to remain clear without overwhelming visitors.
English and Spanish visitors need the same trusted intake contract and a consistent follow-up experience.
Lead data has to reach HubSpot reliably without exposing CRM credentials or accepting unnecessary sensitive information.
Payment rules vary by service, so the browser cannot be trusted to choose a Stripe Price or decide whether checkout should occur.
Approach
The work focused on practical structure, polished presentation, and clear visitor next steps.
Service-specific conversion paths
Separated general Start Here routing from known service requests so immigration, notary, service inquiry, and other visitor intents can move directly into the appropriate first-party flow.
Bilingual HubSpot intake
Built trusted English and Spanish intake around server-owned validation, normalization, and HubSpot mapping, retaining durable service, language, contact-method, and submission context without exposing the private-app token to the browser.
Localized confirmation flow
After the HubSpot contact and associated submission note are durable, the request path sends a concise Mailgun acknowledgement in the visitor's normalized preferred language while keeping intake details out of the email body.
Controlled payment workflow
For approved immediate-payment services, the server creates the HubSpot Ticket and hosted Stripe Checkout Session, while signed webhook verification owns the paid-state update. Other services remain review-first or interest-only as configured.
Outcomes
Practical improvements without fake metrics.
A clearer path from service need to the appropriate request form
First-party bilingual intake connected to a durable HubSpot lead record
Localized transactional acknowledgements after successful CRM capture
A server-controlled payment architecture for services that are approved for checkout
